Now internet based, Ashtons has clients in many countries, making reservations at arms length between the clients country and its partners. Quotations and reservations are available online, and the Live Chat option on each web site allows for personal contact in real time. Ashtons has deliberately restricted its operations to these countries and companies, in order to provide a quality rental experience to its clients and to avoid trying to be all things to all people. Ashtons staff have visited its partners on many occasions, to ensure that delivery is of the highest quality in terms of both product and service.
