Over the last couple of years, our internet business has grown to a point that we wanted to improve our name recognition with you, our customers, and to identify more closely with the newly opened, extensive offroad vehicle recreation area “in our own backyard”. We have chosen WindRockOffroad due to the opening, last year, of an extremely large 72,000 acres private tract of land on the Southern end of Buffalo Mountain. This area, known as WindRock, contains approximately 250 miles of trails, unimproved and improved roadways dedicated to offroad vehicles. WindRock is located only a few miles from our location in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We felt this area, and the exceptional offroading it offers, would provide excellent name association with our ever expanding, internet based offroad business. As a result, effective immediately, we will be accessed over the web through our new name, WindRockOffroad.
